Dniepr
When I was in Kiev and went for a walk along the Dnieper, I was surprised and speechless. I didn't realize it was such a huge river. I also found the Dnieper calm, lazy and this is how I would describe the painting inspired by it.
The Dnieper is softer than the other paintings in the collection, it is calm and subdued. Maybe because I painted it as the last painting and I needed to slow down a bit and calm down the emotions accompanying me while creating this collection.
